Massive cuts to legal aid, an austerity mindset and the loss of skilled, dedicated human rights lawyers are just some of the issues causing widespread injustice in England and Wales. In conversation with the Shadow Justice Secretary, Richard Burgon MP, openJustice looks more deeply at the issues underlying the access to justice crisis. We wanted to know if Labour is taking these problems seriously and how they plan to address them.
