Anja Van den Durpel is Head of Integration Services at the City of Ghent in Belgium. At the World Forum for Democracy 2016, she spoke to us about her philosophy of integration, and how simply getting different ethnic groups in Belgium to talk to one another can help assuage tensions and improve relations between communities.
