Sachin Joshi is a pioneering education activist in India. At the World Forum for Democracy at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, he tells us about Education on Wheels - a bus that travels to remote slums complete with library, laboratory, computers and teaching tools, as well his experimental democratic school near Mumbai.
