Re: Firm behind £4m Labour Party donation invested in weapons for Israel
I’m not surprised at all. The Tories and Labour are serving the same morally bankrupt interest – they are the same dog with different collars. Thank you so much for sharing this! –Santa Perpetua
Actual babies and children are being maimed, tortured and murdered in Gaza but a handful of people are making money! Utterly reprehensible. –lovecraftiannightmare
All politicians are takers. They take what belongs to the people and share it amongst themselves and their masters. But not for much longer. –Anthony Hearn
Socialists should wake up to the fact that Labour is lost to them. Greedy individuals, huge capitalist funding, a titled parliamentary leader and keeping to its promise to be a Tory administration. I don't know what your new political home should be, but remember socialism is only the last-ditch attempt by the ruling class to keep class divisions. –Julian Turner
I am not happy about the Quadrature donation to the Labour Party, shame on them for accepting it. –Dee Roye
Re: Musk’s plan to axe X's block button is a real win for stalkers and abusers
Perhaps the best block button is the one that removes X from individual social media options. –Paddy Perry
The answer is simple, I think. Boycott X. I have never needed it or anything like it – and I certainly wouldn't wish to give Elon Musk one cent. Internet trolling would end overnight if everyone did this. –Hayward Steven
My hunch is that Musk will make us pay for the block feature. –David Parry
The block button is a safety net which should NOT be removed. –Maria O’Connor
There is an easy answer to this: Boycott X. I don't understand why people still use it. –Steven Irwin-Banks
Re: Forget Corbynism 2.0. Something bigger is happening on the British left
I have cancelled my Labour membership since Keir Starmer’s election and joined The Workers Party. What I can't understand is why The Workers Party is not getting the media coverage it deserves. Has anyone read its manifesto? It's one of the best manifestos I've read in my 75 years of politics. –Bob
Look, you cannot continue to follow orders from a party that endorses genocide and then call yourself a socialist. If you have any integrity, you must leave the Labour Party. It will never allow a leftist leader; it is finished now. Join the Greens, become an independent or join a leftist movement. Or just leave it all. But your credibility is further damaged with every further day you stand next to those people.
It would have been great if Jeremy Corbyn had been allowed to rescue Labour. But it is now clear that this won’t ever happen and that the path to a better world requires killing Labour. This might take a few election cycles to come off so it’s best to start it immediately. –Bobbins
Re: Revealed: No 10 adviser involved in AI policy has financial interests in AI
It is corrupt and immoral that these politicians and their advisers have extracurricular companies like this. –Kevin Leyes
Artificial Intelligence agents haunting a screen near you. –Zachariah
More conflict of interest at the heart of government – we see you, Labour –Elliot Phoenix
