Vaccinating only part of the economy does little to improve collective resilience and protect public health.
The outbreak has shown that we are only as safe as the most vulnerable in society. When many workers lack basic protections, we all suffer.
Only a true democratic consensus on what must be done will make more stringent and efficient measures possible if these are necessary.
More needs to be done to stop the harmful stereotypes that surface during outbreaks.
